I haven’t read these books so I only skimmed your review but I’ve heard a lot of good stuff about this series. I own the first book just haven’t gotten around to reading it. I’m glad to hear you are content with how the author ended the series! That is always a good thing. I’m going to have to start this series sometime soon.

I get burned out on science fiction and it’s hard for me to pick up a book that sounds exactly like every other YA I’ve read recently. I hope to read this series eventually, though. It’s been much loved by everyone that has read it!
I would consider it more dystopian than sci-fi, it really is an amazing series that I found truly unique. Hope you decide to give it a try sometime soon 😉
