  1. I’ve seriously been meaning to read this. I love Jenny Han’s Summer series more than I can ever possibly explain, so this seems like a no brainer for me. I was a little cautious of the whole sister’s ex/fake dating scheme thing, but the way you describe it makes it sound not as bad as it sounded in my head lol. Plus the hardcover is pink! I saw it in the bookstore yesterday and want it for that reason alone! So it can sit all pretty beside my other Han books πŸ™‚

    • I started the Summer series after reading this and was sorely disappointed, I’m sure if you liked those you will love this! I was nervous about that too but don’t let it stop you, it’s not as bad as it sounds haha. WHAAAT? The hardcover is pink!?! Me wants πŸ˜€

    • This was my first Jenny Han book and I’m so glad it was! I went back and read one of her others and didn’t enjoy it nearly as much. I don’t think I would have picked this up if I had read the other first. I hope you get to read this soon πŸ™‚

    • It seems like everyone I talk to has loved the Summer series, but after reading To All the Boys… I picked up the first one and it didn’t even compare. Hope you decide to give this one a try πŸ™‚

  2. Considering I loved Summer series, I was so scared for this one. Somehow I was afraid it won’t be that good. I’m so glad you enjoyed it and now I’ll have to read it soon. Great review πŸ™‚

  3. I’ve heard nothing but glowing things about this, yet for some reason, I never picked it up. You’ve definitely convinced me to though! πŸ˜€ This sounds like such a great, light / fluffy read, perfect for summer, and the emphasis on family and sibling relationships is absolutely awesome – as we don’t get nearly enough of them in YA. Thanks for sharing, and, as always, BRILLIANT review! ❀

    • I can’t imagine anyone not loving this book 😦 The sibling/family relationships were great and the romance really sweet! I hope you love it as much as I did πŸ˜€

  4. The cover looks good, the synopsis sounds awesome, and your review makes me want to pick this one up! I haven’t read any books with three REALLY close sisters, for some reasons I’ve only read books with brothers. Anyway, dying to get my hands on this one!

    • I can’t recall any other books with a great sister dynamic… I loved it. Maybe because I love my own sister so much and we had a great relationship growing up, which you don’t really see a lot in books. Fictional sisters always seem to hate each other. Hope you enjoy this one Lisa πŸ˜€

  5. I’ve heard this was really good! I love books that put an emphasis on the family relationships. Sometimes it feels like family members are just introduced for filler and you never get anything past that. Your review has only made me want this one more!

    • Yay! I hope you give it a try πŸ™‚ Your so right! Sadly, a lot of the time family members are flat background characters we never get to know. I always love reading about a great family dynamic.

  6. I agree, this book was an all around cute contemporary read and i’m glad I gave it a chance. I ended up really liking it as well and it fit the whole summer vibe i was after. I agree with all your bullets and especailly the one about Lara Jean not pining after her sisters ex’s. It was very relatable and realistic. Plus i admired her
    Great review πŸ™‚
